How much does a boiler service cost?
An annual boiler service costs around £75.00 (inc. Vat) per service.
Does my boiler need a service?
If you answer YES to any of the following, we recommend getting in touch as soon as possible to book in a boiler service:
+ Its been 12 months or more since my last service
+ The flame in the boiler is irregular
+ The boiler flame is yellow
+ There are new stains or smoke marks on my applaince or nearby
+ Boiler overheating and refills regularly
+ Water pressure dropping
+ The pilot light often goes out
+ Moved into a new property
Some manufactures will insist upon an annual service every 12 months to maintain your warranty - we will record our inspection to help you stay protected.
How long does a boiler service take?
Assuming your boiler is in good working order a service can be inspected in less than an hour.
Considering how quick the process can be, theres no excuse not to get it done - especially when it can save you time and the cost of buying a new boiler.

Before your engineer leaves your property they will ensure that the boiler is in good working order. Any controls or settings that were altered during the testing process will be returned to your preference.
