Some manufactures will insist upon an annual service every 12 months to maintain your warranty - we will record our inspection to help you stay protected.

An annual boiler service costs around £75.00 (inc. Vat) per service.

- Pilot burner and any cables and probes

- High-limit therostat

- Location of boiler and nearby combustible materials

- Gas and pressure flow

- Safety devices

- Washers & seals

Before your engineer leaves your property they will ensure that the boiler is in good working order. Any controls or settings that were altered during the testing process will be returned to your preference.
